ePacket was developed by members of the Asia Pacific Post Cooperative community, and since its inception over 25 years ago, it has been continually refined based on feedback and suggestions from members, ensuring that the product remains relevant and commercially successful, while also delivering the best possible experience for consumers.

Working Groups
Composed of colleagues from member Posts or Partners who have specialised skills or have a special interest. They offer guidance and support to the Steering Committee on matters including accounting and operations. The Working Groups collaborate closely with the Steering Committee with recommendations and insights are based on their knowledge and experience, which helps ensure that the Cooperative’s strategic objectives are achieved.

We are committed to promoting excellence in postal organisations across the region. Our primary goal is to improve the quality of postal services by ensuring timely deliveries, enhancing scanning performance, and reducing unmeasurable deliveries. To achieve this, we work closely with the APP ePacket Steering Committee; a dedicated group that shares our vision and supports our mission. Members are provided with monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, and our team offers advice and recommendations on areas that need improvement, helping our members to optimise their postal operations.
